2020 | Alexandra Barth

Alexandra Barth in dialogue with Massimiliano Scuderi

The exhibition is the personal exhibition of the Slovak painter Alexandra Barth, in collaboration with the Pescara urban gallery.

Barth is a major figure in the Nouvelle Vague of Bratislava. Her painting represents a new figuration combining urban culture and Eastern conceptualism, in a dimension suspended between subversion and everyday life.

The exhibition is curated by Massimiliano Scuderi, director of Fondazione Zimei, and organized in collaboration with the Bratislava Phoinix gallery and the Slovak Arts Council.
